Lupita Montoya is a Research Affiliate at San Diego State University and a 2022-2023 US Fulbright - Garcia Robles Scholar, teaching and researching air quality at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in Tijuana, México. Montoya has advanced degrees in engineering from Stanford and completed postdoctoral training in Public Health at the State University of New York and Harvard.
