Kathy Sullivan is the principal and owner of Talent Principles. She has over 25 years of experience in leading human resource teams, business operations, and organization-wide change initiatives. She has experience in various types of organizations, such as healthcare, high-tech, and professional services, within small and mid-sized companies. She drives change through developing people and processes to improve organizational performance. Kathy works with small business owners, leadership teams, and individual clients, helping them to establish a vision, align with purpose, and execute a plan to achieve results. Kathy enjoys spending time with her two kids, writing, and traveling. In her spare time, you can find her running races around Northeast Ohio. She believes in developing the next generation of leaders and supporting the advancement of women. She is on the Board Directors of WEPAN (Women in Engineering ProActive Network), a board member with Soroptimist International of Cleveland, and also serves on the Board of Trustees with Hudson Job Search.
