Module 2 – Insights from Engineering Department Culture Change Leaders (Part 1): Applications of the TECAID Model
Description
TECAID Learning Modules
Interested in changing the culture in your engineering department to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for faculty, staff, and students but unsure how to go about it? Why reinvent the wheel when you can learn from TECAID leaders and participants. Transforming Engineering Culture to Advance Inclusion and Diversity (TECAID) is a NSF funded project (#1445076) to assist Mechanical Engineering change leaders in fostering a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) academic engineering department culture.
The corner stone of these learning modules are webinars developed with intent to help make your DEI-focused culture change work more efficient and effective. A Certificate of Participation is available upon participation in each webinar. In addition to the above resources, we include additional resources as appropriate.
This webinar series is co-sponsored by the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) Committee on DEI.
